In practice
A week with xedu
What changes isn’t what you teach. It’s how much of your evening goes into the paperwork around it.
01 · Monday
Your Year 9 ecosystems unit starts next week. You give Thoth the topic, the year group and five weeks. It returns the unit outline and a dated lesson for every class, and you edit it like any document.
02 · Tuesday
You need a quiz that works for the whole room. One brief becomes a worksheet, an answer key and a rubric. Each student can get a version pitched at their level, and you review every one before it’s released.
03 · Thursday
The class sits the quiz on paper. xedu printed each student an answer sheet with a QR code, so you scan the pile and it reads and marks the answers. Anything it isn’t sure about waits for your decision.
04 · Friday
Before you plan the next week, xedu shows which students got stuck in practice, and on which skill. You know who to sit next to on Monday.
Built for the way you teach
From the first unit outline to the last rubric mark, Thoth carries the busywork so your time goes to students, not paperwork.

Plan a whole unit in minutes.
Give Thoth a topic, a year group and a timeframe, and it drafts the full unit: objectives, weekly flow, resources, and assessments, aligned to your curriculum.
- Curriculum-aligned outlines with objectives and skills
- Weekly lesson flow and resources drafted for you
- Edit anything, and Thoth adapts the rest of the unit

Generate differentiated assignments instantly.
One brief becomes a ready-to-assign task, with scaffolded variants for different levels, so every student gets the right challenge without triple the prep.
- Task, instructions, and success criteria in one pass
- Scaffolded variants per level, from the same brief
- Assign straight to your class when it looks right

Grade against the rubric in seconds.
Thoth reads each submission against your rubric, suggests criterion-level marks with evidence, and drafts feedback you can edit before it reaches students.
- Criterion-level suggestions with cited evidence
- Draft feedback comments, ready to refine
- You stay in control. Nothing ships without you

Upload your slides, worksheets and notes as PDF, Word, PowerPoint or images. Thoth draws on them when it plans, so what it writes follows your course.
Who needs you
xedu tracks each student’s grip on every skill as they practice and flags the ones who are stuck: repeated wrong answers, no progress, or leaning on worked examples.

Thoth drafts each student’s report comment from their grades. You edit, then sign off.

Questions
What teachers ask us
Is xedu free for teachers?
It is free to start. The free plan gives you 50 tokens every month with no card needed, which is enough to try lesson plans, assignments and Thoth. Bigger jobs such as a full unit plan use more tokens, so regular users move to a paid plan, which starts at $5 a month. Every plan includes every feature; the plans differ only in how many tokens you get.
Which curriculums does xedu work with?
Any. xedu plans and creates for IB PYP, MYP and DP, American and AP, British and A-level, IGCSE, or no named curriculum at all. MYP and PYP also get criterion- and strand-based rubrics and marking. Other courses are marked in points today.
Does the AI mark my students’ work for me?
It suggests marks and written feedback against your rubric and shows the evidence it used. You review each one, change what you disagree with, and confirm. Nothing becomes a grade until you do.
Can I use my own resources?
Yes. Upload PDFs, Word documents, PowerPoints or images to a class and Thoth uses them when it plans and creates. You choose which files your students can see.
Can I print what xedu makes?
Yes. Lesson plans, worksheets and answer keys print or save as PDF, supporting lesson material exports to PowerPoint, and xedu can print a QR-coded answer sheet for each student when you want a paper test.
Does xedu work in Arabic?
You can use xedu in English or Arabic, and Thoth can write your materials in either language.
